Terms of service

These terms apply to this website and to the Vyorith service. Access to the service is provided to organisations under an agreement with us; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins. By using the website or the service, you accept these terms.

Accounts are created by an administrator for people authorised by a customer organisation. Every account uses two-factor authentication. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away at hello@vyorith.com if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your organisation owns what it puts into Vyorith — documents, questionnaires, answers and everything else. You give us permission to host, process and analyse that content only as needed to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any personal data in it. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Vyorith uses AI to draft answers, policies and Statement of Applicability entries from your evidence. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. That is why the service asks a person to approve them — and why the responsibility for what you send to a customer, an auditor or anyone else stays with you.

Vyorith is not legal advice and does not certify anyone. ISO 27001 certification is granted only by an accredited certification body after its own audit.

When using Vyorith, don’t:

• break the law, or upload content you have no right to use;
• upload malware, or try to reach data or workspaces that aren’t yours;
• test, scan or probe the service’s security without our written permission;
• overload the service, or get around its rate limits and access controls;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing one.

Found a security issue? We want to hear about it — email hello@vyorith.com before doing anything else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it.

We treat your content as confidential. We access it only to provide and support the service, to keep it secure, or when the law requires us to.

We work to keep Vyorith available and to improve it. We may change features over time; we won’t make a change that materially reduces what your organisation has agreed to pay for during its term. Planned maintenance is scheduled to keep disruption small.

Fees, billing and renewal are set out in your organisation’s agreement with us.

We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why unless we’re not allowed to. When your organisation’s agreement ends, access ends with it, and its content is returned or deleted as that agreement describes.

Except as your organisation’s agreement says otherwise, the service is provided “as is”, and, to the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited as set out in your organisation’s agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The law and courts that govern these terms are those named in your organisation’s agreement with us.

When we change these terms we update the date at the top, and we tell customers about material changes before they take effect.
